SHIPPING
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia.
We offer the following shipping options:
- Free Shipping on orders $75 and above
- Orders under $75 ship for only $9.99
- Deliveries to West Coast addresses (West of the Rocky Mountains) will arrive in 4-7 business days.
- Orders sent to the rest of the country will arrive in 1-5 business days.
Will the weather affect the shipment of my order?
We ship year-round. When temperatures are below freezing, we use heat packs to ensure the tropical product arrives safely. In rare instances of extreme cold, we may advise that some shipments be delayed or shipped by Federal Express Saver, instead of our usual FedEx Ground shipping service. This is necessary for some sensitive plant material. In these rare instances, we will contact you directly to make arrangements.
TAXES
All of our product prices are tax included. Shipping fees are also tax included. We don’t ask for additional taxes in all states.
RETURNS
